Dog Cart - a Common Cart Problem
These are some common problems we see with carts.

Hello my name is Cyane. I am from the netherlands. My dogs name is Dharco and he is a Sint-Bernhard his weight is 165 pounds. Last January a bone cancer was found in his right back leg. The leg has been amputated and he has had several chemos. He is doing reasonable well. We made contact with people who have a dutch site on the net the also make dog wheelchairs. After two re-makes, the cart still isn't right. He can't walk and run in his cart. He hangs in is much to tight because we must tug it up giving his back legs less weight. Hes standing with his full weight on this leg and natturally he doesn't hold it for long. This is much to carrying for hi back leg and otherwise when he walks he comes every time out of his short and comes back hard in it. The cart hangs also oblique behind him so that there comes to much weight on his back and this had brought a hugh swelling on his back because the band gives a enormes presure at the front of his back through the weight. Also when he turns around at the way where the leg is the cart falls down with Dharco. Please will you help me and Dharco by giving any advice about the cart, so we can make it decent and fitting and good.
Response
This sort of cart cannot work well for a dog this size. My only
recommendation is to order another cart. It looks to me that the wheels are
too far back, because the legs of the cart are too long, and the cart does
not sit level on the dog.
